ABOUT THIS SITE

THE BEGINNING:

I am  a guitarist, guitar technician ans a guitar player with lot of love for Fender. guitars I also like to catalog stuff. since i  have a sense of structure. This project was simply made out of boredom.

THE BIRTH OF PARTCASTERISM:

I started using WIX to fubble around with web design the easy way. my coding skills are bottom level. This site first became a “club” for partcasters. i just loved those things.

Partcasterism.com started out as a guidance and showcase site for Partcaster home-builds. But it never took off, so it was to be just an information site for stuff in general.

THE BIRTH OF AXEFILES:

Starting a club demands plenty of work. After getting the chronology in place, it became more of a info-site by nature. So i partly abandoned the partcaster concept. Maybe if this site gets more recognition (if ever) i might start a little club again within it.

A page for all cool partcasters.

I left WIX pretty quick because a) it is expensive and b) they suck with bloat and i was not impressed with the speed.

Now its on a dedicated host now where i have full control with FTP. No more stuck in WIX closed system. And i pay nothing almost for my site.

So that is it. A site created out of boredom..
