This is the “Dan Smith” era Strat. Appart from the 25th Anniversary model, was the first return to Pre-CBS specs like Butt adjust tremolo, 4-Bolt neck.
Appeared for sale in late 1982.
Had the arched decal until somewhere in 1983 where it changed to straight line small letter decal.
PICKUPS:
The pickups was normally Black plastic bobbin, but there are also red-flatwork versions of this.
