INFO:

Released as a budget/student version with no binding, 2 Pots, 1 pickup and slab body. The Junior was a great success for Gibson. In later years, they were found to be a perfect tool for Punk music in the 80´s. Simple guitar for simple music..

If required, you could order this at a 3/4 scale. But these are very rare today, and not very collectible actually.

Color can vary between brown sunburst to bright Yellow Sunburst.

The '54 has the pickup very close to the bridge and short insert, which has proven to be prone to the bridge starting to break up the wood later on. This was corrected in 1956. Longer post were sunk into the body and pickup was slightly moved away.
